Before you book

What to know before your lesson

Here's what to expect and important policies to know to make sure your lesson runs smoothly.

  • What to expect

    Your coach

    • Customizes your lesson based on what you share when booking: your level, learning style and what you want to focus on

    • Adjusts the pace and focus to meet your needs, so speak up and say what you want. Don't be shy!

    • May recommend additional study and resources

    Your lesson

    • 100% online

    • One-on-one for 30 minutes. Book another lesson for more live practice

    • Recorded for quality assurance, and never shared outside Mango Live without your consent

  • Policies to know

    Participants must be 18 or older. If someone under 18 joins, the coach will end the lesson immediately.

    • One learner per session: lessons are one-on-one between the registered participant and the coach

    During your lesson

    • Arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time

    • Keep your video on and stay off other apps or messages

    • Don't record, photograph or share others without permission

    • Be respectful and professional throughout

    • A device with a working mic, speaker and camera
