How districts buy
Pricing
Per-student licenses
Volume-priced
Priced on the number of students enrolled, so a single building can start without the district committing first. Volume tiers bring the per-student cost down as you grow.
District-wide enterprise
Whole population
One agreement covering every student in the district, which is usually the better value once adoption crosses a few buildings, and removes per-seat counting from your renewal.
Purchasing cooperatives
2 contracts
Mango is an approved vendor on two purchasing-cooperative contracts. A member district can buy against a contract that has already been competitively bid instead of running its own RFP.
Funding help, before the quote
Funding intelligence
We will help you identify the federal and state programs that cover language learning and build the funding case. That step usually happens before anyone talks price.
After you sign
How a rollout actually goes
A dedicated account manager coordinates the whole thing, with a linguist, a customer-success rep, and implementation and product specialists behind them.
- 1
Mango Planning Consultation
We start from your enrollment, the languages you teach today, and which buildings you want covered, then put a plan against your budget cycle and procurement rules.
- 2
Mango Demonstration & Onboarding
Your integrations team and ours set up single sign-on and rostering before the academic year, so teachers and students log in with credentials they already have. Every K-12 purchase includes a one-hour onboarding training.
- 3
Ongoing Support
Live professional development, one-on-one or in groups, built by certified teachers around classroom practice rather than software features. Support touchpoints land at three designated intervals across the 12-month partnership.
- 4
Expanding Your Partnership
A usage and outcomes review with your account manager ahead of renewal: which buildings are getting traction, which languages surprised you, and what a wider rollout would take.
