Pricing
Pricing for teams and enterprises
What a rollout costs depends on how many people it reaches, which languages they need, and whether live instruction is part of it. Tell us the shape and we'll quote it.
Before you ask
What we'll need to know
None of this is required to send the form, but having it on hand means the first reply is useful rather than a request for more detail.
Roughly how many people
A range is fine. It is the single biggest factor in what a rollout costs, and it decides which pricing shapes are even relevant.
Which languages, and for whom
Which teams need which languages. A rollout aimed at one department prices differently from one open to everyone, and both are normal.
Self-paced, live, or both
The courses on their own, or live instruction alongside them. Live sessions are quoted separately, so saying up front avoids a second round.
What live instruction coversWhat it is tied to
Onboarding, a new market, a compliance requirement, retention. Knowing the reason changes what we would recommend rather than just what we would charge.
Why it's quoted
There's no list price, and that's deliberate
A per-seat list price would mean charging a fifty-person team the same way as a five-thousand-person rollout, and quoting for formats you don't want. Neither serves you. Volume, which teams are covered, and whether live instruction is part of it move the number enough that publishing one would be misleading rather than helpful.
What we can say in advance: there are no per-user license caps, and nothing here requires a local install. It is web, iOS and Android on infrastructure we host. If a rollout needs a security or privacy review before procurement will look at a number, that documentation is available up front rather than after signature.
After you send it
What happens next
- 1
A specialist reads it, not a router
Your request goes to someone who works on corporate rollouts rather than into a general queue. If what you have described needs a different team, they hand it over rather than answering approximately.
- 2
We come back with options, not one number
Pricing depends on how many people you are covering and whether live instruction is part of it, so the first reply is usually a couple of options with what each includes, enough to take to a budget conversation.
- 3
A conversation to clarify what you need
If your program is unusual, whether that is a specific market entry, frontline safety, or a mix of self-paced and live, it is quicker to talk than to iterate over email. That is offered, not required.
