If your district belongs to PCA or Choice Partners, you can buy Mango Classroom against a contract that has already been competitively awarded. No solicitation to write, no bids to evaluate, and a negotiated discount already in place.
How a cooperative contract works
Your cooperative ran the competitive solicitation once, on behalf of every member at once. Mango bid, was evaluated, and was awarded a contract. You buy against that contract number and satisfy your own procurement requirements without opening a solicitation of your own. For a district, that turns a months-long process into a purchase order.
Both of the contracts we hold cover Mango Classroom, the tier that adds teacher reporting, curricula, and classroom materials on top of the learner platform. It supplements the textbook or program you already teach from, and it's what the discount below applies to.

PCA OD-350-21
PCA awards its contracts through a competitive solicitation and evaluation process under Texas purchasing and contracting statutes, so a member district buys against the contract number instead of running its own RFP.

Choice Partners Cooperative
Contract 24/012MF-04
The national purchasing cooperative of the Harris County Department of Education. Its contracts are written to satisfy state and local government purchasing rules, so a member district buys on the contract number instead of soliciting bids. Choice Partners asks that you mention RFP 24/012MF-04 when you get in touch.

The approved market area is national, and membership is free to join.

Before you raise a purchase order
Contract numbers and discount terms are renewed periodically. Ask our K-12 team to confirm the current number and quote it in writing before you commit. A Mango quote is valid for 30 days and is not binding until there is a signed agreement or an accepted purchase order.
Both contracts cover Mango Classroom. Mango Fresco, Mango Navigators and add-ons are quoted separately.
