Between 6/26/13 and 8/2/13, a framework update to Mango’s statistics reporting system caused a failure in the collection of mobile usage data.

During this time, ONLY usage statistics for mobile devices (e.g. iPhone, iPod touch, Android, etc.) were affected.  However, you may notice an irregularity for your library’s overall usage data for the month of July due to this issue.

As soon as the error was identified, our team immediately fixed it and took additional measures to ensure that this kind of problem doesn’t occur in the future.
