| Job Info | Mango Lead Generators are charismatic, competitive, and detail-oriented. For 50% of their day, they call on institutional prospects and schedule product demonstrations for our sales team. For the other 50% of their day they deliver industry-leading customer service to our existing clients. This is all by design. The Mango Lead Generator role has built-in daily variety so that they can be both excellent salespeople, and excellent customer service people. While prior sales experience will get our attention, it is not essential. What is essential is a sharp intellect, a charming personality, and, above all else, a fiercely competitive spirit and desire to win. Also, all candidates must possess conversational proficiency in at least two languages. Prior to interviewing for this role, candidates will be provided with background on Mango Languages as well as a call script. All candidates will be required to make 5 “cold calls” with the Director of Sales and Marketing as part of the interviewing process. |
