How can I learn more about Mango Languages?
We’d love to have you join us on Facebook,  Twitter and Google+, as well as subscribe to our YouTube channel and our blog.
I’m having difficulty signing into Mango Mobile app. What do I do?
You must have a valid Mango Languages account set up through your library’s website to use our app. To login be sure to enter your Mango Languages’ username and password, not your library credentials (unless, of course, they are the same). For customer support visit  http://www.mangolanguages.com/support/libraries/
How do I set up a Mango Languages account?
Go to your library’s website, login, find and click the link to Mango Languages (often under “Databases” or “Language Learning”). The Mango sign in/sign up screen will open. Choose your username and password, enter you email address, and submit. In a few minutes you’ll receive a confirmation email to activate your account. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. Upon verification, simply enter your Mango username and password in the Library Edition app, and you’re ready to start learning!
I don’t have a current online library account. What do I do?
Enter your zip code in Mango’s Library Locator. A list of libraries in your area will be displayed. Libraries that subscribe to Mango will be noted. If your library subscribes to Mango Languages, you may be able to establish an online account by simply going to your library’s website. If you can’t, or aren’t sure how to create an account, contact your library for assistance. Libraries’ phone numbers and websites are listed in the Library Locator search results.
What do I do if my institution doesn’t carry Mango?
Some libraries are not enlightened yet, and either don’t know how sweet Mango can be or have subscribed to less tasty language learning programs. We suggest that you politely submit a request that they get with it and get on a healthy diet of Mango! If that doesn’t work, we do offer many of our language learning courses for individual purchase, here.
