Mango goes for a walk…

Mike Tread 225x300 Mango goes for a walk...Recently Mike Teshuba, co-founder and Chief Technology officer of Mango Languages, was featured on our local news channel because he has a new desk.

A new desk?  You might wonder why would this be newsworthy…well it is a TreadDesk.

Yes…such a thing exists. You can walk and work at the same time.  What a concept?  We actually have a couple in the office. And we may get a few more for meetings.

Video: Fun Pronunciation Activity

We had a little fun late one Friday afternoon.  We thought we would use marshmallows to practice pronunciation and articulation. It got a little crazy and VERY funny!

Meet New Mango, Yana Homutetski

P1000398 300x225 Meet New Mango, Yana HomutetskiWe are growing and have a few new faces around the Mango Languages offices.

Meet Yana Homutetski.

Yana was born in Kiev, Ukraine.   She moved to Israel in 1990 and lived there until 1996 when her family moved to the Detroit region.

She has dual BA in both Comparitive Cultures and Politics and Spanish from Michigan State University.  She speaks Russian, Hebrew, Spanish, and English fluently.

Yana’s official title here at Mango Languages is Operations Coordinator. She manages the office.  The best part about the whole thing is that we have moving coming up.  So she is having a lot of fun!

She also helps with customer service, promotions, and even some program editing.
