Primary Job Duties:

Customer Care:

  • Ensuring the highest retention rates by following the renewal core process.
  • Point of contact for all customer needs and providing creative solutions
  • Proactive outreach to key clients for rapport building

Sales & Marketing:

  • Perform marketing consultations with key library contacts
  • Training customers on useful tools for institutional marketing
  • Represent Mango at state and national conferences

Intelligence:

  • Documenting and maintaining accurate information in CRM and other key management systems
  • Identifying customer barriers and developing creative solutions

Candidate qualities:

  • Ability to develop relationships
  • Ability to spot opportunities to position products/services.
  • Ability to understand client’s processes and priorities
